Our Mission
Yellowstone Mitigation LLC is the Sponsor of the Lower Middle Yellowstone Umbrella Mitigation Bank, with wetland and stream mitigation credits available via the Corps of Engineers regulatory program.
Our Process
Mitigation credits can be purchased as compensatory offsets for impacts to Waters of the US under the Corps' permitting program. Mitigation is determined by the Corps, and the applicant then acquires mitigation credits from the "Bank" in compliance with permit conditions.
